Borders Book Reading and Olive Press
Matisyahu Dov Ber Chaim Tzvi has his birthday on the third night of Chanukah and came to particpate in our Borders Book Reading through his story, "A Chanukah Story for Night Number Three, by me, Matisyahu Dov Ber Chaim Tzvi".
A big game of Dreidel was played with Chanukah Gelt won by all.
The end of the night was an incredible Olive Press presented by our very own Rabbi Mendel. Each child was able to participate in numerous ways. We learned that olive's make Juice and then we separate the oil. We also need big black juicy olives, and not that much juice comes out!
Borders Book Reading and Olive Press was a huge success and we look forward to having many more event at Borders in Goleta!
